I joined what3words as its fourth employee and founding product manager, shaping the early mobile and web products and building the foundations of its developer platform.

The work

I led product direction and design across the mobile and web apps, helping make a new global addressing system understandable across languages and cultures.

I helped build the public APIs and wrote the developer documentation, working directly with developers on their integrations. That hands-on support fed back into the product, from explaining how the system worked to resolving technical edge cases.
