Co-founder & Chief Product and Technology Officer2017–2026
I co-founded Knowa and led product and technology from 2017 to 2026. During that time, we built a governance platform used by more than 1,000 boards, organisations and pension schemes, with over 10,000 individual users.
The work
As co-founder and CPTO, I led product, design and technology. We worked directly with trustees and professional advisers on board papers, knowledge retrieval and governance workflows, shipping AI tools for document analysis, search and workflow automation.
I worked through enterprise procurement and security reviews and helped Knowa achieve ISO 27001 certification. I also designed AI tools for working across decades of data, with source references, citation tracking and audit trails so users in regulated sectors could check the outputs.
