I trained in architecture, then spent five formative years in China running an architecture studio and a venture studio. I later became the founding product manager at what3words and co-founded Knowa, where I served as CPTO.
I now work independently through Henderson Advisory, helping businesses with product, technology and AI leadership. My advisory work has included leading AI transformation work for Anderson. Alongside that, I’m developing a personal intelligence layer for board directors and consultants, and Fallback, a personal digital resilience tool.

Chongqing was where I learned to build across disciplines. As Creative Director at Priestman Architects, I helped establish and grow the China studio, leading projects for international clients and government bodies.

Co-founded and led product and technology at Knowa. During my time there, we built a governance platform used by more than 1,000 boards, organisations and pension schemes.
As co-founder and CPTO, I led product, design and technology. We worked directly with trustees and professional advisers on board papers, knowledge retrieval and governance workflows, shipping AI tools for document analysis, search and workflow automation.
